Job summary

Johnson Service Company, a division of Midlands Contracting, Inc., seeks a Foreman to lead a two-person crew on pipeline cleaning and televising projects across Eastern Nebraska. The role requires a Class A or B CDL and prior supervisory experience; expect 50+ hours weekly with Monday–Friday travel and lodging provided.

You will manage projects, coordinate with city engineers, track production hours, document performance, and ensure safe, professional operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum supervisory or management experience.
• Ability to lead a two-person crew effectively.
• Willingness to travel Monday–Friday with home on weekends.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a two-person crew on pipeline cleaning/televising projects.
• Coordinate with city employees and engineers to maintain professionalism.
• Maintain daily manhour and production records.
• Troubleshoot and manage issues during cleaning/televising operations.
• Operate pipeline observation computer systems (training provided).
