Job summary

RES is hiring a Craft - Concrete Finisher to form, place, finish, protect, repair concrete and tie rebar. The role requires operating equipment such as skid steers, backhoes, forklifts, and trucks, with travel 76-100% to project sites.

The incumbent must have a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in heavy construction, OSHA familiarity, and a willingness to work in varying conditions. Compensation ranges with per diem and full benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 2+ years of heavy construction experience required.
• Ability to travel domestically 76-100% required.
• Ability to operate vehicles and equipment associated with the concrete trade.
• Familiar with safety rules, OSHA, and first aid procedures.
• Pier drilling and foundation excavation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform concrete forming, placing, finishing, protecting, repairing and tying rebar.
• Operate heavy equipment and vehicles including skid steer, backhoe, forklift, trucks.
• Set foundations and install anchor bolts; install rebar and formwork.
• Assist other trades as necessary and follow safety and quality standards.
• Adhere to Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and company procedures.
