Job summary

RES is seeking a Craft – Concrete Finisher to perform forming, placing and finishing concrete, tying rebar, and protecting worksites during rotations in Texas. The role requires traveling 76-100% and operating concrete-related equipment, with a strong focus on safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of heavy construction experience, is detail-oriented, and understands OSHA and first aid procedures. Anticipated salary includes per diem and provided benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 2+ years heavy construction experience.
• Ability to travel domestically 76-100%.
• Ability to operate vehicles and equipment associated with the concrete trade.
• Familiar with safety rules, OSHA, and first aid procedures.
• Pier drilling and foundation excavation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Form, place, finish, protect, repair concrete and tie rebar.
• Operate and maintain related equipment (saws, forklifts, skid steer, backhoe).
• Assist other crafts as needed.
