Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a CNA-NAR (Float) to join our compassionate team and travel among facilities to provide direct resident care with dignity and respect. You will report condition changes to the RN or LPN and chart in the POC system, while balancing tasks with strong time management.

Applicants must maintain state CNA registry status, demonstrate excellent communication skills, read and write in English, and hold BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN.
• Chart in the POC system.

As a CNA‑NAR (Float) you operate on the front lines and ensure our residents are treated with dignity and respect, as well as choices within their lives.

• The CNA‑NAR (Float) provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• The CNA‑NAR (Float) demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
• The CNA‑NAR (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
