Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a CNA-NAR (Float) to provide direct resident care across multiple Benedictine facilities. You will report condition changes to the RN or LPN and document in the POC system while traveling as needed.

Candidates must be in good standing on the state Nursing Assistant registry, possess strong communication skills, and be able to read, write, and communicate in English. BLS certification is required.

Qualifications

• Direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN.
• Must travel and provide care within Benedictine region as required.
• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and report changes to nursing staff.

As a CNA-NAR (Float) you operate on the front lines and ensure our residents are treated with dignity and respect, as well as choices within their lives.

• The CNA-NAR (Float) provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
• BLS Certification.
