Job summary

St. Gabriel's Community is seeking a CNA-NAR (Float) to provide direct resident care and support across multiple Benedictine facilities. You will report condition changes to nursing staff and document in the POC system, while juggling priorities in a travel-enabled role.

Must maintain good standing on the state CNA registry, demonstrate strong communication, and hold a valid BLS certification. This role requires travel within the Benedictine region to support residents and teams.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The CNA-NAR (Float) provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• Demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) travels to provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
