Job summary

St. Gabriel's Community is seeking a CNA-NAR (Float) to provide direct resident care across multiple Benedictine facilities. You will report condition changes to nursing leadership and maintain accurate charting in the POC system.

The role requires travel within a designated Benedictine region and strong time-management skills to prioritize tasks while delivering compassionate care to residents.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The CNA-NAR (Float) provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
