Provide compassionate patient care in accordance with facility protocols and patient needs.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient activities and progress using EMR systems.
Collaborate effectively with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
Execute assigned tasks during evening shifts, including assistance with activities of daily living and vital sign monitoring.
Adhere to all safety, infection control, and confidentiality guidelines to maintain a secure and compliant environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
CPR certified, CNA certification, and state-specific license required.
Minimum of 1 year of recent CNA experience in a long-term care setting.
Ability to work evenings.
Strong communication skills.
Reliable transportation or nearby residence.
