Contract Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role for a 13-week assignment in or near Littlefork, Minnesota. Provide direct personal care to residents, monitor vital signs, and support daily living activities while maintaining a safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
- Monitor and document vital signs accurately, reporting significant changes to nursing staff promptly.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to enhance resident wellbeing and morale.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid CNA certification in Minnesota.
- CPR certification.
- First Aid certification.
- Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience with elderly residents.
- Experience monitoring vital signs.
- Ability to lift and support residents.
- Strong communication and compassionate skills.
