In this role, you'll assist clients from their initial travel inquiry through their final itinerary, providing personalized recommendations, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring every detail is handled with care. Key Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to understand their vacation goals, travel preferences, schedules, and budgets
• Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, and local attractions
• Create customized travel recommendations based on each client's needs and interests
• Coordinate reservations and travel services using approved booking platforms and supplier resources
• Prepare and deliver itineraries, booking confirmations, travel documents, and important pre-travel information
• Assist clients with itinerary adjustments, reservation updates, and special travel requests
• Review travel plans to help ensure reservations and documentation are accurate and complete
• Stay engaged with clients leading up to departure to provide updates and ongoing assistance
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, reservations, and travel details within company systems
• Work with preferred travel partners to help deliver exceptional travel experiences
• Participate in destination education, supplier training, and continuing professional development
