Job summary

Zurich Cover-More's Travel Guard team in Stevens Point, WI seeks an entry level Claims Adjuster. No prior claims experience required; you will receive full training to handle travel-related claims with empathy and accuracy.

You will investigate coverage, communicate with claimants, and document cases while progressing toward licensing within 6 months. This hybrid role offers 3 days in-office and 2 days remote, plus benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Willingness to obtain State Specific Adjuster Licensing within 6 months of employment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Eye for detail to support thorough investigations and precise documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to claimants throughout the claims process.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution within 15–25 days.
• Assess claims for coverage and conduct investigations to establish action plans.
