Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor residents' vital signs and report changes to nursing staff promptly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents

- Document resident care activities accurately and comply with facility policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active Minnesota CNA license
- CPR certification
