Job summary

LV Petroleum in Florida is seeking a strong Store Manager to lead all daily operations of our busy travel center, ensuring exceptional service, safety, and cleanliness. You will manage a diverse team, from management to hourly staff, fostering accountability and a culture of high performance.

In addition to staff development, you will drive financial results, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring margins to exceed profitability goals while maintaining compliance with company policies

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
5+ years of experience with a proven track record in Truck-Stop and QSR Operations.
Working knowledge of Restaurant Management Systems.
Ability to work as scheduled—50+ hours per week.
On-call availability for store needs.
Ability to perform all non-management activities when needed.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day site operations including retail fuel and food service to meet standards for cleanliness, safety and customer experience.
Lead, hire, train and develop a full team including managers and hourly staff while building a culture of accountability and low turnover.
Manage financial performance including budgeting, forecasting and understanding key drivers such as food, labor, shrink, waste and margins to reach profitability goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local/state/federal regulations including food safety and age-restricted sales.
Oversee inventory controls, conduct audits and manage vendor relationships for accurate deliveries and proper stock levels.
