Job summary

LV Petroleum in Lake City, FL is seeking a Site General Manager to lead daily operations of a busy travel center. You will manage fuel and food service, ensure cleanliness, safety, and an outstanding customer experience while shaping the site image.

As a hands-on leader, you will hire, train, and develop a full team, control budgets, forecast demand, and monitor margins. You will ensure regulatory compliance and forge strong vendor relations to optimize profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of Truck-Stop and QSR operations experience.
• Working knowledge of Restaurant Management Systems.
• Ability to work 50+ hours per week.
• On-call availability for store needs and leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations including fuel and food service to meet standards.
• Lead hire train and develop staff while fostering accountability and low turnover.
• Manage financial performance including budgeting forecasting and margins.
• Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee inventory controls, audits, and vendor relationships.
• Communicate goals, performance expectations, and safety with the team.
• Drive continuous improvement to exceed profitability targets.
