Pilot Flying J is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to oversee our high-volume travel center facilities. You will be responsible for the generation and execution of business plans to achieve established standards, sales and profit objectives as well as customer satisfaction.

The Retail Assistant Manager will also be: As a Retail Assistant Manager for Pilot Flying J, you will build, coach, manage and develop teams from a staffing, interviewing, hiring and training standpoint.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or service industry with financial responsibility.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive store performance.
• Strong guest service mindset and accountability for results.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability while maintaining high guest service standards.
• Manage and develop store teams, including staffing, training and coaching.
• Track inventory and ensure accurate merchandising and loss prevention.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive vendor relations.
• Perform P&L analysis and act on financial insights.
