Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a management role within fuel, c-store, or hospitality industries.
• Strong leadership with a track record of high-performance team development.
• Hands-on oversight of daily travel center operations and services.
• Understanding of inventory control, vendor relations, and safety protocols.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Familiarity with regulatory environmental and safety requirements.
• Analytical mindset to monitor financial performance and budgets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Manage all daily operations of the travel center, including fuel, c-store, and QSR.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team.
• Customer Engagement: Prioritize customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Inventory & Vendor Management: Maintain stock levels and coordinate with suppliers.
• Financial Accountability: Monitor budget, sales, and profitability.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations are followed.
• Reporting: Maintain records and provide metrics to upper management.
