Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail General Manager to oversee our high-volume travel centers and restaurant operations. You will be responsible for generating and executing business plans to achieve sales and profit objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role includes driving sales, managing team members, tracking inventory, and performing P&L analysis as part of daily leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management experience in retail/food service with financial responsibility.
• Experience in high-volume retail with P&L accountability.
• Strong staff leadership and customer service orientation.
