Job summary

LV Petroleum seeks a Site General Manager to lead day‑to‑day store operations, hire and mentor staff, and uphold safety and quality standards. You will drive profitability through food cost, labor cost, and shrink management while ensuring exceptional customer service at the site.

You will oversee training, scheduling, inventory, and vendor relations, with a focus on maintaining store image and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Truck-Stop and QSR Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to work 50+ hours per week.
• ServSafe or equivalent Food Manager Safety program certification.
• ABC/Age Restricted Certification and UST Operator Certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Follow company policies and city, county, and state regulations for age restricted sales, food safety, and fuel compliance.
• Budget and forecast P&L lines while maintaining merchandise and fuel margins.
• Provide leadership to site level management and direct managers to meet budget.
• Train, develop, and supervise staff to ensure profitability, safety, and operations.
• Analyze food cost, labor cost, shrink, and waste to maximize profitability.
• Conduct inventory audits and implement inventory controls for Truck Stop and QSRs.
• Lead the entire store team including QSR employees and managers.
• Maintain fuel safety and food quality standards per local and federal regulations.
• Establish ongoing communication with staff on safety, goals, and issues.
• Complete daily paperwork, deposits, verify vendor deliveries, and create work schedules.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships.
