Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail General Manager to oversee high-volume retail facilities. You will generate and execute travel center and restaurant business plans to meet sales, profit, and customer-satisfaction targets.

Responsibilities include driving sales, managing team members, and conducting P&L analyses while ensuring excellent customer service and operations is maintained.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience with financial accountability.
• Experience in high-volume retail, restaurant, grocery or service industry.
• Ability to lead a team and drive sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve store targets and standards.
• Build, coach, and manage a team including staffing and training.
• Perform P&L analysis and manage financial results.
