American Traveler is seeking a Travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Columbia, South Carolina. The role requires 2+ years of cardiac cath lab experience, BLS/ACLS, and RCIS/ARRT certification, with 4x10 hour days and on-call duties.

Monitor patients, scrub and assist in diagnostic/interventional cases, and perform complex procedures such as PCI and rotablator atherectomy as needed. Housing stipends and 24/7 recruiter support accompany a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of cath lab experience.
• BLS and ACLS certification (AHA).
• RCIS (CCI) or ARRT certification required or in process.
• SC RN license active at start or pending with active license before starting.
• Radiation badge must be provided by agency.
• Hospital experience in acute care cath lab setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients accurately during cath lab procedures.
• Scrub, assist, and monitor during diagnostic/interventional cases.
• Perform stent placement, PCI, PTCA as skilled.
• Collaborate with team and ensure charting in Epic.
