Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Columbia, South Carolina. You will assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, prepare patients and equipment, and ensure patient safety in the cath lab.

Requirements include one year of cath lab experience, BLS, ACLS, and ARRT/RCIS/RCES certification; radiologic license preferred. We offer competitive pay, health benefits, PTO after 1560 hours, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Must have one year of recent Cath Lab experience.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification.
• Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures.
• Assist physicians by passing catheters, wires, balloons, and stents.
• Operate fluoroscopy and hemodynamic monitoring equipment.
• Scrub in and maintain sterile field during procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation and equipment logs.
• Adhere to radiation safety and infection control protocols.
