Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist for a per diem, days shift assignment in Redding, CA. The role supports Cardiovascular lab procedures under a physician’s direction.

Qualifications include ARRT-R or state licensure, prior CV lab experience, BLS and ACLS, with training in invasive cardiology preferred. Competitive California pay and flexible scheduling.

• Cardiovascular technologist training with emphasis in invasive cardiology preferred.
• Current BLS certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Assist by scrubbing procedures or monitoring physiologic and hemodynamic data during diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures in the cardiovascular lab.
• Ensure procedure room is prepared for the procedure.
• Monitor par level of all instruments and supplies.
• Participate in departmental staff meetings and performance improvement activities and training of new staff.
• Assist in invasive and noninvasive cardiac procedures.

Responsibilities:

Under the general direction of the physician (Cardiologist/Radiologist), will assist by scrubbing procedures or monitoring physiologic and hemodynamic data, as related to diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures performed in the cardiovascular lab. Ensures procedure room is adequately prepared for the procedure. Monitors par level of all instruments and supplies. Participates in departmental staff meetings and performance improvement activities and the training of new staff. Assists in all aspects of invasive and noninvasive cardiac procedures.

Qualifications:

• EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING1.ARRT-R and licenses as required by State.
• 2.Previous experience in a Cardiovascular Lab and/or Interventional Radiology; preferred.
• 3.Cardiovascular technologist training program with emphasis in invasive cardiology and hemodynamic monitoring preferred.
• 4.Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• 5.Current ACLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.

Pay Transparency:

Premiere Healthcare Staffing offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $95.00 to $115.00. This compensation estimate is specific to California and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
