Job summary

Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist for a per diem position in Redding, CA. You will assist in scrubbing and monitoring physiological data during diagnostic and therapeutic cardiovascular procedures, ensuring the room is ready and supplies are available.

The role requires ARRt-R and state licensing, plus BLS and ACLS certificates. Experience in a cardiovascular lab is preferred, with room to contribute to staff training and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• ARRT-R license and state license as required.
• Cardiovascular Lab and/or Interventional Radiology experience preferred.
• Cardiovascular technologist training with invasive cardiology/hemodynamic monitoring preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist under physician direction by scrubbing procedures or monitoring physiologic data.
• Ensure the procedure room is prepared for the procedure and supplies are stocked.
• Participate in staff meetings and performance improvement activities; assist in training new staff.
• Assist in all aspects of invasive and noninvasive cardiac procedures.

Responsibilities:

Under the general direction of the physician (Cardiologist/Radiologist), will assist by scrubbing procedures or monitoring physiologic and hemodynamic data, as related to diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures performed in the cardiovascular lab. Ensures procedure room is adequately prepared for the procedure. Monitors par level of all instruments and supplies. Participates in departmental staff meetings and performance improvement activities and the training of new staff. Assists in all aspects of invasive and noninvasive cardiac procedures.

Qualifications:

• EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING1.ARRT-R and licenses as required by State.
• 2.Previous experience in a Cardiovascular Lab and/or Interventional Radiology; preferred.
• 3.Cardiovascular technologist training program with emphasis in invasive cardiology and hemodynamic monitoring preferred.
• 4.Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• 5.Current ACLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.

Pay Transparency:

Premiere Healthcare Staffing offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $95.00 to $115.00. This compensation estimate is specific to California and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
