Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Travel Cath Lab Tech for a 13-week assignment at a Browns Mills, NJ facility. You will support diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, prepare patients and equipment, and ensure patient safety with accurate documentation and adherence to sterile technique.

The role requires 1 year of Cath Lab experience, BLS, ACLS, and ARRT/RCES/RCIS certifications.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification.
• Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization and related procedures.
• Assist physicians during procedures by passing catheters, wires, balloons, and stents, and operating fluoroscopy and monitoring equipment.
• Operate imaging equipment, contrast injectors, and hemodynamic monitoring systems.
• Scrub in and maintain sterile field setup, following infection control protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation including patient records and imaging data.
• Assist with inventory management and ensure sterile supplies are available.
