Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a skilled Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Plantation, FL. You will support diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, prepare patients and equipment, monitor hemodynamic data, and assist physicians while maintaining patient safety.

The role requires one year of Cath Lab experience, BLS and ACLS certifications, and ARR T/RCES/RCIS credentials.

Qualifications

• One year’s recent experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification.
• Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization and related procedures.
• Assist physicians during procedures by passing catheters, wires, balloons, and stents, and operate fluoroscopy and monitoring equipment.
• Operate imaging equipment, contrast injectors, and hemodynamic monitoring systems.
• Scrub in and assist with sterile field setup while following infection control protocols.
• Maintain documentation of patient records, imaging data, and equipment logs.
• Assist with inventory management and ensure sterile instrument storage.
