Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a skilled Cath Lab Tech for a 13-week travel assignment in Browns Mills, NJ. The role supports diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, preparing patients and equipment, and ensuring patient safety in a high-pressure lab.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification.
• Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization and related procedures.
• Assist physicians during procedures by passing catheters, wires, balloons, and stents; operate fluoroscopy and monitoring equipment.
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, contrast injectors, and hemodynamic monitoring systems.
• Scrub in and assist with sterile field setup following infection control protocols.
• Maintain documentation: patient records, imaging data, and equipment logs.
• Assist with inventory management and stocking of supplies.
• Adhere to radiation safety, lead protection, and dosimetry requirements.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
