Job summary

The Cath Lab Technologist role at Fusion Medical Staffing supports diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures in the cardiac catheterization lab. You will prepare patients, operate imaging equipment, and assist the care team to ensure safe, efficient procedures while maintaining sterile technique and equipment readiness.

The incumbent will handle hemodynamic monitoring, document procedures, and collaborate with physicians and staff in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech required.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification required.
• ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification required.
• Current ACLS certification required.
• Preferred radiologic technologist license and related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization and related procedures.
• Assist physicians by passing catheters, wires, balloons, and stents.
• Operate fluoroscopy and hemodynamic monitoring equipment.
• Maintain sterile field and ensure infection control standards.
• Document patient data, imaging, and equipment logs accurately.
