Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Charleston, WV. The role involves assisting in diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, preparing patients and equipment, and maintaining sterile technique in a fast-paced lab.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of Cath Lab experience, current BLS/ACLS, and ARRT/RCIS/RCES certification, with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Strong critical thinking and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations while maintaining patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for cardiac procedures.
• Assist physicians with catheter/guidewire manipulation and imaging equipment.
• Maintain sterile technique and adhere to radiation safety protocols.
• Document patient care and equipment usage.
• Support inventory and lab readiness as needed.
