Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Morgantown, West Virginia. The role involves assisting in diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, patient preparation, equipment operation, and patient safety in a fast-paced lab.

Qualifications

• One year’s recent experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification.
• Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization and related procedures.
• Assist physicians during procedures by passing catheters, wires, balloons, and stents and operate fluoroscopy and monitoring equipment.
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment and hemodynamic monitoring systems.
• Scrub in and maintain sterile field, follow infection control and procedural protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation and equipment logs.
