Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a travel assignment in Galion, Ohio. The Cath Lab Rad will assist physicians during cardiac procedures and is expected to scrub in, monitor hemodynamics, and help with patient care.

This role requires 1 year of cath lab experience, BLS and ACLS, with RCIS/CCIS certification preferred. Responsibilities include preparing procedure rooms and equipment, draping patients, and recording data.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in cath lab procedures.
• BLS, ACLS, RCIS or CCI-RCIS certification preferred or state licensing as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Cardiac Lab procedure rooms ensuring stock and equipment are ready.
• Prepare patient and equipment for procedures including draping and instrument setup.
• Operate and monitor communication and imaging equipment in the cath lab.
• Assist physician during procedures and scrub in as needed.
• Record hemodynamic and angiographic data using appropriate equipment.
• Monitor patient status and assist with life-saving measures if required.
