Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Tech for a 13-week travel assignment in Hendersonville, NC. You will support diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, preparing patients and equipment, and assisting physicians with sterile technique and imaging.

The role requires one year of recent Cath Lab experience, current BLS and ACLS, and ARRT/RCIS/RCES credentials. Enjoy 40-hour weeks with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits in a travel setting.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification.
• Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization and other interventional procedures.
• Assist physicians during procedures by passing catheters, wires, balloons and stents; operate fluoroscopy.
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment and hemodynamic monitoring systems.
• Scrub in and maintain sterile field per protocols.
• Perform sheath removal and hemostasis.
• Maintain accurate patient and equipment documentation.
