Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles in SaaS/travel tech.

Our client is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Remote Customer Success Manager to join their innovative travel technology company. In this fully remote position, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our platform and achieve their business objectives. You will build strong relationships, provide strategic guidance, and drive adoption and retention within the travel and tourism sector, working from anywhere in the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with a dedicated portfolio of travel industry clients.
• Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and onboarding sessions to drive product adoption and value realization.
• Identify client needs and proactively offer solutions and best practices to enhance their experience.
• Monitor client health, identify churn risks, and implement strategies to improve retention and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to advocate for client needs and provide feedback.
• Track key customer success metrics and report on client engagement and outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role, preferably within SaaS or the travel industry.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CRM software and customer success platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Familiarity with the travel technology landscape is a plus.
