Job summary

Trinity Health FirstChoice is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for flexible, premium-pay assignments across the system. The program supports daily Pay and travel opportunities, with day shifts and a 36-hour week in many postings.

These positions require RN licensure, varied clinical experience by specialty, and the ability to float across units and locations. Licensure credentials like ACLS/TNCC/PALS should be current per specialty.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in applicable state(s) of practice.
• 18+ months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• 2+ years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• Credentials per specialty (ACLS, TNCC, etc). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple locations/regions as needed.
• Apply standard elements of professional practice: Assess, Outcomes Identification / Solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within license, scope of knowledge and experience.
• Maintain accountability for delegation, choices, decisions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to contribute to quality and improvement outcomes.
• Be agile, embrace new responsibilities and manage competing priorities.
• Respect cultural differences while adapting to changing environments.
