Job summary

Trinity Health’s FirstChoice program seeks experienced RNs for mobile staffing across the system, offering premium pay and flexible scheduling. RNs float among hospital locations, regions, and specialties, with nationwide and regional opportunities and travel/per diem options.

Qualifications include RN licensure in applicable states, 18+ months in Med/Surg or related areas and 2+ years in critical care, maternal, ED or behavioral health. BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required per specialty.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• RN licensure in the applicable state(s).
• ACLS, TNCC, and PALS credentials as required by specialty.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout hospital locations and regions as needed.
• Assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care.
• Act independently within licensure and scope of practice.
• Delegate appropriately and maintain accountability for outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
