Job summary

FirstChoice by Trinity Health is recruiting part-time Registered Nurses for premium pay and flexible scheduling, across hospital locations. RNs will float among units and campuses, with diverse practice settings and travel opportunities within the health system.

All RN licensure in applicable states is required, with credentials such as ACLS/TNCC/PALS/BLS via AHA. Start ASAP; shifts are 4x10 with day hours and per-diem options.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in applicable state(s).
• Minimum 18 months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Telemetry and PCU.
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties (CCU, Surgical Services, Maternal, ED, Behavioral Health).
• Required credentials per specialty (e.g., ACLS, TNCC); BLS, ACLS and PALS must be through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float across hospital locations/regions.
• Practice per standard nursing process: Assess, Identify outcomes, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within licensure and scope.
• Maintain accountability for delegation and decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Adapt to new ideas and manage competing priorities.
