Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

Role & Responsibilities: Provide specialized cardiac care for patients undergoing catheterization and interventional procedures. Responsibilities include patient assessment, assisting during procedures with catheter and device placement, operating hemodynamic equipment, monitoring vital signs and cardiac rhythms, supporting post-procedure recovery, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Collaborate closely with cardiologists and team members to deliver seamless, high-quality care.

Qualifications & Skills: Require at least one year of recent Cath Lab RN experience, valid RN license, current BLS and ACLS certifications. Preferred certifications include PALS, ENPC, and RCIS. Must possess critical thinking, excellent communication, physical dexterity, and the ability to work under pressure. Effective team collaboration and adherence to safety protocols are essential.

Key Duties: Conduct patient assessments, assist with procedures, operate monitoring equipment, support patient recovery, troubleshoot lab equipment, and communicate effectively with team and patients. Must be capable of physical tasks like moving equipment and maintaining focus in a fast-paced environment.
