Job summary

DayToDay Health in New York is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech to assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures in the cath lab. You will prepare patients and equipment, monitor hemodynamic data, and support physicians during catheterization, angioplasty, and stent placement.

This role requires BLS/ACLS, ARRT/RCES/RCIS or equivalent, and at least one year of cath lab experience. Strong teamwork, communication, and ability to work under pressure are essential.

Role & Responsibilities

Assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures in the cardiac catheterization lab. Prepare patients and equipment, monitor hemodynamic data, assist physicians during procedures such as catheterization, angioplasty, and stent placement, and operate specialized imaging and monitoring equipment. Ensure sterile techniques, maintain accurate documentation, manage inventory, and adhere to safety and infection control protocols. Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications & Skills

Requires at least one year of recent experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech, current BLS and ACLS certifications, and ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification. Preferred qualifications include a valid radiologic technologist license and additional certifications like PALS or ENPC. Must demonstrate critical thinking, interpersonal, technical, and physical skills, along with the ability to work under pressure, follow instructions, and communicate effectively.

Key Duties
