Job summary

Newsandtribune seeks a Cath Lab/EP Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Washington. Requires 2+ years in the Cath Lab and RT or CVIS certification, or RCIS eligibility for CVIS licensure in WA, plus BLS/ACLS and an associate degree. Scrub and monitor experience preferred; licensed as applicable.

Green scrubs provided. The role is in a Level III trauma teaching hospital's Cardiac Cath Lab with a 2-bed setup and a 3-person team, performing CV/PV diagnostics and interventions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years Cath Lab experience.
• RT or CVIS certification required, or RCIS eligible for CVIS licensure in Washington.
• BLS and ACLS (AHA) certifications required.
• Associate's degree minimum.
• Experience in scrub role required, monitor role experience preferred.
• License required if applicable.
• Social security number and date of birth required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Work in a Level III trauma teaching hospital's Cardiac Cath Lab.
• Operate in a 2-bed cath lab with a 3-person care team.
• Perform CV/PV diagnostic and interventional procedures.
• Use Philips and McKesson-Change Healthcare Hemo/Maquet equipment.
• Chart in Paragon and McKesson-Change Healthcare systems.
• 4x10-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM plus standby.
• On-call 7 shifts per 2-week pay period with weekend hours.
• Work every other weekend.
• No floating required.
• Perform scrub role duties with cross-training in monitor role.
• Be part of a fast-paced interventional environment.
• Green scrubs provided.
• Candidates must reside 60 miles or greater from the facility.
