Job summary

JES Holdings is seeking a field-based professional to perform capital improvement projects across the Columbia region. Responsibilities include carpentry, plumbing, electrical work for major renovations, with travel to company locations as needed.

Must have own tools, a valid driver’s license, and be willing to travel and stay overnight. Travel is Monday–Friday, with weekends at home, and safety is emphasized in all duties.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building trades – Advanced.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, sketches, instructions and specifications.
• Must have own hand and power tools.
• Must Have Current Driver’s License, Vehicle, and Insurance.
• Must Pass Background Check and Periodic Drug Testing.
• Willing to Travel and Stay Overnight.

Responsibilities

• Performs capital improvement projects including rough and trim carpentry, plumbing, drywall repair and finishing, electrical, masonry, painting and janitorial related to major renovations and rehabs.
• Travel to company locations as needed with reliable transportation.
• Travel Monday–Friday approximately 75% of the time; home on weekends.
• Follow safe work practices and participate in training as required.
