Job summary

JES Holdings, Metro Services Groups, seeks a field technician to perform capital improvement projects including carpentry, plumbing, drywall, electrical and related trades across the Columbia region.

Travel Monday–Friday about 75% with weekends at home; must have own tools, driver’s license, vehicle, and pass background/drug checks. Duties also include safety compliance and attending regional training as required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building trades at an advanced level.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specs.
• Must have own hand and power tools.
• Must have current driver’s license and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Performs capital improvement projects including rough and trim carpentry, plumbing, drywall repair and finishing, electrical, masonry, painting.
• Travel Monday-Friday approximately 75% of the time. Home on weekends.
• Follows safe work practices.
• Travels to regional and corporate trainings and/or conferences as required.
