Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Cath Lab Tech for a 13-week travel assignment in Lake Charles, LA. You will assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, prepare patients and equipment, and ensure safety and efficiency in a fast-paced lab.

The role requires one year of Cath Lab experience plus active BLS, ACLS, and RCIS/ARRT certifications. Preferred licenses include radiologic tech credentials, PALS/ENPC, with comprehensive benefits and travel support.

Qualificações

• One year of recent experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech.
• BLS, ACLS, and RCIS/ARRT certifications required.
• ACLS and RCIS/ARRT certifications must be current.
• PALS/ENPC or radiologic license preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization and related procedures.
• Assist physicians during procedures by passing catheters, wires, balloons, and stents, and operating fluoroscopy and hemodynamic monitoring equipment.
• Operate imaging equipment, contrast injectors, and hemodynamic monitoring systems.
• Scrub in and maintain sterile field per infection control and procedural protocols.
• Maintain documentation and equipment logs; manage inventory and supplies.
