TOPS Surgical Specialty Hospital is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist specializing in breast imaging. You will travel between our main facility and affiliated Breast Centers to provide high-quality ultrasound imaging and collaborate with radiologists.

Ideal candidates will have RDMS Breast, ARRT Mammography, and 1+ year of experience, with state licensure and BLS. Travel and patient education are essential aspects of the role.

Formación

• Active RDMS certification with a specialty in Breast Ultrasound (BREAST RDMS) is required.
• Registered in Mammography with ARRT.
• Minimum 1 year of ultrasound imaging experience, focusing on breast ultrasound preferred.
• Active state licensure as required.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required upon hire.
• Outpatient or hospital imaging experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in breast ultrasound imaging techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in imaging.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel as needed.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in medical imaging.

Responsabilidades

• Perform high-quality ultrasound imaging procedures, focusing on breast ultrasound.
• Communicate imaging findings to physicians for diagnosis.
• Maintain and calibrate ultrasound equipment for proper function.
• Follow safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines.
• Educate and support patients to ensure comfort during procedures.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals for timely diagnoses.
• Maintain accurate patient records per facility protocols.
• Travel to Breast Centers as scheduled to provide imaging services.
