Qualifications

• Active BCBA license in Colorado.
• Colorado Department of Education credential.
• Experience working at the K-12 level preferred.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide support across multiple school sites (K-12).
• Deliver guidance and mentorship to building staff.
• Facilitate FBAs and BIPs, supporting the district's autism and behavior programs.
• Supervise two RBTs within the district.
