Job summary

Attentive Autism Care is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote, telehealth ABA services for clients in Colorado and surrounding areas. The role supports client progress from Boulder to Colorado Springs and beyond with relocation options to fit a remote work setup.

The BCBA will design, implement, and oversee behavior-analytic programs, supervise RBTs and caregivers, conduct assessments, provide staff training, and maintain data collection systems.

Qualifications

• Master's in ABA is required or strongly preferred.
• BCBA certification is required for the role.
• 2 years of experience in ABA is preferred.
• Must pass background/drug screenings and maintain driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments (preference, functional, staff performance).
• Supervise others pursuing BCBA certification weekly.
• Analyze results and summarize data/graphs.
