Job summary

Consultants for Children, Inc. (CFCI) seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our remote clinical team. This full-time role supports clients and on-site staff at our Trinidad, Colorado center while allowing high-quality ABA services from home.

The BCBA will conduct assessments, oversee individualized treatment plans, and provide remote supervision to RBTs, collaborating with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to work effectively and remotely while supervising clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design and implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
• Analyze client data to evaluate treatment effectiveness and modify programming as needed.
• Provide remote clinical supervision, guidance, and support to RBTs and other staff.
• Coordinate with on-site staff to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans.
• Utilize Behavior Skills Training to train, coach, and develop staff competency.
• Mentor and train staff pursuing BCBA or other clinical credentials, as assigned.
• Monitor progress and update treatment plans as needed.
• Train and support parents, caregivers, and treatment team in ABA strategies.
• Collaborate with educational teams and related service providers.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and review client data.
