• Develop intervention plans for students facing academic, social, or behavioral challenges.
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling for students and families.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators on student support strategies.
• Advocate for resources and services for students and families.
• Maintain confidential documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute social-emotional insights.
