Sirona Recovery is seeking a Recovery Support Coordinator to help clients build personalized recovery plans and navigate services. The role emphasizes collaborating with community providers and meeting clients where they are, including the home and various community locations.

This position requires frequent travel across Milwaukee County and driving. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and a valid driver's license are essential, with Spanish fluency preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires at least a bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, nursing or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile with insurance.
• Pre-employment background check and required health screenings.
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Help clients develop a recovery plan of care and meet individualized goals.
• Coordinate services with community providers to support the client.
• Travel frequently throughout Milwaukee County, including transporting clients.
