Sirona Recovery is seeking a Recovery Support Coordinator to help clients build personalized recovery plans and navigate services. The role emphasizes collaborating with community providers and meeting clients where they are, including the home and various community locations.

This position requires frequent travel across Milwaukee County and driving. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and a valid driver's license are essential, with Spanish fluency preferred.

About the Role

The Recovery Support Coordination program uses a strengths-based approach to help clients develop a recovery plan of care. The Recovery Support Coordinator (RSC) assists clients to establish their own path to recovery, address barriers, and meet their individualized goals. They provide support and coordinate services to address a client’s unique needs related to mental health and substance use. The RSC develops collaborative relationships with community service providers to support the client and meets with the client at the client’s location of choice (including the client’s home, the RSC office, and other community locations). This position will require frequent travel and driving throughout Milwaukee County—including transporting clients.

Competencies

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to communicate professionally & accurately, both orally and written
• Elevated level of skill in organization, time management, ability to multi-task, and work independently
• Ability to work well with individuals from diverse economic, racial, and ethnic backgrounds

Requirements

• Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, nursing or a related field with experience in human services, preferably case management
• Valid driver’s license and automobile with insurance
• Pre-employment background check and annual tuberculosis testing and flu vaccinations as required by Milwaukee County
• Fluency in Spanish, spoken and written, preferred, but not required
• This position will require frequent travel and driving throughout Milwaukee County—including transporting clients.
