Job summary

Tempus Unlimited, Inc. seeks a Community-based Skills Trainer for the Personal Care Attendant Program in Reading, MA. You will educate consumers and surrogates on managing the PCA program and perform department-wide training tasks within Mass Health requirements.

The role covers Reading, MA and a 60-mile radius from home. It is full-time (35 hours/week) with travel, vehicle, and a 2-day in-person orientation in Stoughton.

Qualifications

• Experience providing services for people with disabilities and knowledge of PCA programs preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate databases.

Responsibilities

• Educate consumers and surrogates on PCA program management.
• Conduct 10-12 in-person home visits weekly.
• Complete and submit training paperwork within 48 hours.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow Mass Health regulations.
