Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Familiarity with Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP).
• Experience in positive behavioral support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing assessments for patient needs.
• Communicate with supervisors and family about patient progress.
• Implement and evaluate the Behavior Intervention Plan.
• Organize staff training on behavioral techniques.

Bachelor's degree with 1500 hours of supervised experience
